Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Product must be in original condition with packing, label, and price tag intact.
  3. Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Expired or near-expiry items
    • Missing items

Replacement Policy

  • Returned items will be replaced with the same or equivalent product only.
  • Cash refund is not applicable.
