Refund and Returns Policy
At Star Grocery, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be in original condition with packing, label, and price tag intact.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired or near-expiry items
- Missing items
Replacement Policy
- Returned items will be replaced with the same or equivalent product only.
- Cash refund is not applicable.
